@xXgarland I imagine there's one obscure mathematical paper that used these conventions and the Unicode consortium likes to go overboard. As to what these mean... random guess: they might be saying something like "a has defined ordering relationship to b" - i.e., these two values can be sorted / compared to each other, but we're not saying what the result is?
