May not have been in their power to change what was wrong, if it wasn't a system they owned, but for sure you'd expect a staff level to have tried and made that failure mode well known to people other than themselves

@nixCraft I don't know if this a good or a bad thing. This is not how to run a business either. If he needs to fix the service every night. Maybe he should have informed others. This is just insane.
