I spent the last 8 hours building the Loops embed feature, and it could have taken half that time if I didn't overengineer it with new user ACL permissions, themes and bulk opt-in/opt-out.
I also made a pretty cool demo of the Embed feature, with a debug mode so you can see how it works behind the scenes (lower right corner button): https://dansup.github.io/loops-embed-demo/
