Da Du Deutsch üben möchtest, antworte ich Dir auch auf Deutsch.
Um das Hören zu üben, könntest Du Podcasts hören. Da kommt es darauf an, was Dich interessiert. Ich mache das für Schwedusch und höre da zum Beispiel einen über Geschichte vom schwedischen Radio.

My German has gotten rustier and rustier since my mom died nearly 10 years ago. At that point, she was my last living German-speaking relative. It is getting harder for me to read and forget hearing it at this point.
Anybody out there have interesting and not too heavy German language first Fedi folks they follow? Bonus points if they don’t mind interacting with someone whose German language skill sucks?

The rules are awful, but the exceptions are worse!@messieass @qwertzalotl my post blew up a LOT more than I anticipated so I’ve already got a German workout this morning!

Do you like cartoons? There are some very funny German cartoonists in the Fediverse, where you can train your German in a funny way by reading the cartoons.

@lerxst I'm trying to learn but it's my first ever second language and it's a complex one as you know. I've been reading the zeitung and seeing how far I can get before reaching for the translation, but that's basically doom scrolling.
Btw not in any way what you were asking but best German teachers online I've found so far -
