      Evidence of newspaper box scores -
      A page from my dad's desk calendar from 2017, just before he died. He had been faithfully cutting out the daily box score for his baseball team (Expos/Nats) ever since 1969, and was still doing it right to the end. He was miffed that during the final year or two, there was not always a box score in the paper, if the game had finished late. He thought that they should post two box scores the following day, so he wouldn't have gaps in his collection!

          Yeah, after 50 years of breaking his heart, they finally won a World Series, once he was gone. We concluded that he was helping them from wherever he was up there. He would've loved the Baby Shark shenanigans!
