@fwtl The admins need to approve them once to prevent spam/abuse, you can always update the title/description/hashtags and even add/remove accounts without having to be reviewed by admins, but if you want to change your header image/icon, then admins will need to approve those changes.

@dansup How does that scale when there is 100 millions peoples on the app, wouldn't take a huge amount of time for the admin ? A system where starter kits can be reported then deleted by the admin if needed would scale better i think and limit abuse on the admin side (migration is still not perfect so you cannot just change instances if you think the admin is not doing a good job)
