Now I now I'm not the only one who reads TOU/Privacy policies right? So, how is this permitted on a medical platform?! -- Terms of service excerpt

"Subject to these TOU and the terms of <SHITTY PLATFORM> Privacy Policy, you provide <SHITTY PLATFORM> your consent and, grant to Frida a perpetual, transferrable, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide and fully sublicensable license, to access, collect, store, use, copy, modify, distribute and display any content, data, information, records and files that you load, transmit to or enter into the <SHITTY PLATFORM>."

And the worst part is that it's not the only one, another clinic offering similar services has the exact boilerplate in their TOU as well. Canada for reference
