    Startups rarely succeed by sticking rigidly to their first idea. They survive by knowing when to pivot.

    A pivot isn’t failure, it’s learning in action. Markets change, users surprise you, and assumptions get tested fast. Adaptability, iteration, and listening closely are what keep startups moving forward.

    Building means learning when to change.
