💫This is the clearest image ever taken of Saturn’s North Pole.

A perfect hexagonal storm is raging for decades now and it is over 30,000km across.

First spotted by Voyager 1 back in 1980s.

@pomaranc please don’t claim AI images as real.

@miketango @pomaranc The hexagonal storm on Saturn is real, but the image in the OP appears to be fake. It's straightforward enough to compare it to the real images online. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@miketango @pomaranc It got me, then I was like, wait a second, that vortex and background with nebula look a little too good to be true.

@pomaranc @SemAntiKast - that's not an original image but AI slop. Please either provide real source or don't post stuff (assuming that this was not on purpose). For NASA/ESA images, the best is to find the image on the original agency page.

@pomaranc Nice image, but to my knowledge nothing we have sent that far out into our solar system has that good a resolution and depth of colour. Was this enhanced? (eg, AI)
