          I wonder what effect all that metal in the air has on the ionosphere?

          I'm experiencing such phenomena as regularly hearing radio signals from NL, DE, BE and FR on my car radio every few weeks (often accompanied by heavy fog), and GNSS (satnav) not always getting a location fix..
