The last to mornings:

The last two mornings:
*me no hungry*
Me: “A larger iced coffee is not food.”
Also me: “It is now”Sometimes I fight with myself to have a proper breakfast because I have the most pain and stiffness in my body in the mornings due to my RA.
Lately I’ve just been like, “fuck it. I’m doing my best. No shame.”
Do what you can, friends. No judgement here. 🫶

@britt Self judgment doesn't do anything but waste precious energy on arguments you'll never win!
(Unsolicited advice follows, feel free to ignore if not needed)
Among the many negative outcomes is that it can stop you from finding solutions that might work better for you. Instead of telling yourself that you should eat a "proper" breakfast, maybe you could look into meal replacement drinks / mix-ins that would go down as easy as the coffee but fuel you up a little better until your body gets moving? Especially if you find your having a mood morning energy crash after only having coffee early.Or maybe what you really need first thing in the morning is to hydrate, and the coffee does that just fine. Plan a healthy lunch & call that the most important meal of the day, instead.
