@MartyCormack asks:
Due to balance concerns, to get my wife back into cycling, we really need to get her an e-tricycle. But storage and transporting it to places to ride is a major obstacle. We do not want to purchase a large gas guzzling vehicle to transport it.
Q4. Are there any hitch mounted racks that can safely and efficiently carry an e-trike plus a bicycle?

@ascentale @MartyCormack @bikenite Darn, I've had this bookmarked for far too long and let it slip.
Alpaca Carriers exists or existed - https://www.alpacacarriers.com/ - and, I thought their website changed for awhile *after* they announced they were closing shop and kind of looked like someone had maybe taken it over to keep it going. Seems to not be the case now.
It looks like one can still get some of their products at places that still have some stock - this place even has one at a pretty big discount: https://www.bikedepotonline.com/product/alpaca-1500-trike-and-tadpole-car-carrier/
A different style of rack that can accommodate both at the same time:
https://cyclesimplex.com/trike-racks/
another:

I have no idea if any of this is still helpful or not, but figured I'd let you know what I know!
