Very locally ~ Today I swapped out all the heavy winter bedding for the summer weight bedding on my queen sized bed. Washed, dried, folded and stored it all and made a lighter weight summer time bed. I put on over a half mile of steps running around that bed a zillion times.

that's why I do that job in stages, removing a layer at a time -
