When @chrisgeidner writes about the Department of Justice these days, he frequently uses the word “beclown.” As in “the department of justice beclowned itself again by filing blah blah blah.”

This is a delightful word to describe what they are doing. In the same way that justices and lawyers in some countries still must wear wigs in court, maybe the US DoJ should start handing out red rubber noses to each person who appears in the courtroom.

Or at least we could start doctoring the photos to make it LOOK like they do.
