    #Neoliberalism
When Carney was the UK Banker he saw first hand the devastation that water deregulation has created, and he saw the wealth the investor class extracted by massively polluting UK waterways.

Now the UK government is scrambling to restore the water regulator and the taxpayers and nature will pick up the tab for all the harm caused by the investor class. The investor class bought some more yachts with their profits.

Now Carney is deregulating Canada's water regulations...because he only works for the investor class.
