Years ago, I had a min-pin and also my house had someone living in the basement apartment.
One day I was in the back yard with Martian when the basement tenant came home with a 50lb bag of kibble for her dog. She was a small woman, short and slim, so from the yard what we could see was a giant bag of kibble with legs.
Martian saw it, froze, and made an inarticulate sound I assume was wonderment. -

@markarayner Toby was just a little kitten in a big world. Judging by what lay before his eyes it was a VERY big world. Placed before them was a blue bowl that could fit twenty similarly sized kittens inside with the largest mountain of kibble that they had ever seen in their life. They thought "This is the moment! Time to seize the day!" And they proceeded to devour this mountain with all of their might.
