    Btw my small oven died because someone turned the timer off instead of letting it run to zero, something I don't do because my mom had an appliance die the same way many years ago

    I'm not blaming anyone but here's a reminder that mechanical timers are not great and it's better to only turn them one way and let them run to zero

    And also I'm going to basically bring it to the household waste "recycling" center, if someone in Rennes wants to have a go at repairing it you can keep it, gf tried to open it quickly it seemed like a hassle.

        @Soladev People look at me weird when I said that so I thought maybe it was a superstition of mine but yeah my oven died just like that so
