I'm not an absolutist around the #AI #LLM discussion. My posts here lean much more to the critical, but I think there are interesting things to discuss. I want to acknowledge all the problems: economic, ethical, and environmental, while not shutting down discussion of other aspects because of them. Now that I've pissed off followers on both sides, what do we think of LLM apparent successes as "constraint propogation"? Like a seed crystal, or prion, taking input shape and propagating it forward.

@pseudonym I think I need more explanation before I'll understand the premise.
