Israel uproots thousands of Palestinian olive trees on Smotrich’s orders
Thousands of Palestinian olive trees have been uprooted by Israeli authorities on the orders of the country’s extreme right-wing Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.
Smotrich said some 3,000 trees were felled on Wednesday alone.
