@newsguyusa the world needs more John Philip Sousa......was hoping that instead of closing the Kennedy Center it would just be all Sousa content all the time!

I'm pretty sure Sousa wouldn't have been playing for the Nazis, then or now.

Coming soon: The FCC announces "Patriot Points": a system of accountability where broadcasters keep score of their patriotism.

                          1 US Flag = 1 Patriot Point
                          1 Sousa march = 10 PPs
                          1 Trump speech (unedited) = 50 PP.

The national broadcaster with the fewest points at the end of the year loses their broadcast license.

Ah, a return to the good old days of 1962 when stations did exactly that and then shut down completely until programming resumed the next day.

I can play The Stars and Stripes Forever on Kazoo, but now trumps admin has ruined that for me.
Does Carr realize that many folks packed up the bunny ears years ago? Not too many watch over the air tv or listen to over the air radio. Correct me if I’m wrong, because I am unsure. The FCC doesn’t have control over streaming platforms.
Although we have control over the on off switch.
