Soo.. employees think it is union busting. And I tend to agree.
Company said: rent is too high, so we are moving to Missisauga.
But it's false, this buildling rental price is VERY COMPETITIVE and would easily want to make things work with them, they were the biggest tenant. It's unlikely to be much cheaper in Missisauga or at all.
They basically want to fire all their employees and hire contractors in another city
