Loops Admins will have the ability to disable embeds per-video, and also per local user!

If you disable a user embed permission, all existing embeds get disabled and they are prevented from being able to enable embeds on their own videos until you allow them.

It goes without saying that remote videos cannot be embedded, you need to do that from their server.

One more thing, we will provide a global setting to disable embeds across your server, but we think you should keep it enabled
