    Well, no TGSpeechBox for folks in France, not on day 1. Requires some form with the French authorities, even if you use just standard HTTP encryption, what a pain.

      @Tamasg OK this is probably a stupid question but, why does TGSpeechBox even need encryption?
      Isn't it just a TTS?

        @fubsepude ah yeah, but especially once we add the ability to download a subscription dictionary from a URL, it'll technically have HTTP and HTTPS. Nothing beyond "standard encryption" but the French government requires declaring even that. So right now HTTP and HTTPS support are in there, not used, but post 3.0 that's definitely coming
