A3 (tool wish): All of them! Some kind of CNC would probably top the list, whether it's a full sheet plywood router or a tiny Sherline-class mill.

A3 This is complicated. Via the makerspace I have access to machines I could only drea of owning, a lathe, big mill, cnc, surface grinder. I would love to own all of these, but I live in a small apartment, That's simply not practical. But being a member of the makerspace means that I can sidestep all the ownership issues.
That said, it would be great if the space had a bigger 3d printer, and a laser cutter that could cut 8mm steel...
