@NMBA I don't know what the history of the building is but, by the looks of it: Dust it off, brush it up. Get that this back to 100% and it just might do!

Have a look at those glass panels! That would be a fully awesome greenhouse. If it gets too hot in there, just make sure you can open the windows.
