That is... rather restrictive. And also rather pre-internet era in how it is defined. #PassengerPackage

Ultimately I am not that bothered. I know most of what is going to be in tomorrow's #PassengerPackage because I have the right sources

Any leaked text would give me a head start before it's published, would save me time

But if I don't get it, it's not the end of the world

And anyway it's not going to be hard to cut through the Commission spin that this will be the best thing since the Orient Express
