      @DemDifference @longcourse But why? It was Congress' job to handle the taxation before and they didn't care for tariffs. Why the sudden urgency on what was a non-issue before Der Fuhrer commanded it?

            It is a rare setback for the administration at the Supreme Court, which has a 6-3 conservative majority, since Trump began his second term in January.

                Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against the Trump administration, blocking the use of emergency powers to impose sweeping global tariffs. They need to be very strict with their rules.
