@GossiTheDog Question in light of this: if Musk were charged (unlikely, but possible), would it be at the state level since states run the election process (and thus be unpardonable) or would it be at the federal level since it was a federal election (and he could end up pardoned by you-know-who)?

A real investigation would, IMHO, find that the 2024 election was stolen in the "swing" states.
