I didn't INTENTIONALLY or maliciously back into my neighbour's Civic but DAMAGE WAS STILL DONE. You apologize to the affected parties & make amends for the harm caused. Certainly not make excuses & make it about you just because you have a disability. Your disability shouldn't excuse harm done to others, regardless of intent. Uncontrolled blurting out loud of offensive words & phrases is not ever "neutral", just like how uncontrolled bowels evacuating whenever & whereever isn't a normal situation you let loose, or not prepare for.#tourettes #bbc #baftas
