I might try to again do the "now playing" thread for #TOTP that I tried a few weeks ago.

I've been doing some #TOTP Top of the Pops back-of-an-envelope calculations.So ... Top of the Pops stopped broadcasting in July 2006. Currently BBC Four are currently showing broadcasts from April 1999 and they get through two archive episodes per week.So there are maybe 3.5 (real-time) years left to go before they run out of TOTP to show. And then, maybe they'll start over?Except they've already started over. The 1976 episodes are about the earliest that exist and are broadcastable (some of them!) and BBC Four started a chronological rerun of those at the beginning of this year.1/2
