@FinalGirl My mom has said a couple times since I started visibly transitioning that she’s worried for my safety in town. I’m not *not* worried, but weirdly I’m more scared of the state or federal government than I am of my neighbors.

Today, March 31st, is the Transgender Day of Visibility. I have friends and loved ones who are trans. I know people whose kids are trans.
