#tattoo artists: I really, truly cannot stress this enough.Put. Your. Location. In. Your. Bio!!!!!Front and center. Make it searchable. Use hashtags! Do NOT make me click a link to go to some outside site that I then have to search through in order to find the "about" page where your address is listed.I'm not fucking doing that, and neither is anyone else.There are SO many good artists out there, and I'm not doing a runaround on every single one to figure out if they're in a reasonable geographical area for me to day-trip to them.Tag every single photo you post with your LOCATION. Because that will make me follow you. If you are a good artist AND local to me, I will keep your info and maybe book with you when I have time and money for more ink.If you never let me know where you are, I might favourite a pretty picture, but I am NEVER going to book with you.
