Rugged scenes from the youngest and biggest island in Hawai’i, Hawai’i (most commonly known as Big Island). Being the youngest, the landscape is rife with volcanic rock and terrain. With three active volcanoes, one dormant, and another extinct, it shapes this island in many ways, particularly literally.These images were developed using a mix of our Looks (Solaris, Chronostasis, and Gambar) and using our Balance tools for tonal contrasts at the per image level. #photography #software #macos

It would be nice to write something like a book, then link together different "chapters" into a coherent narrative.I haven't built in Markdown support (using a block-based WYSIWYG at the moment) but it's certainly doable. I'd wondered if others would want that or if it's just me.And yeah, self-hosting is a must. Even if you don't WANT to host it yourself, you should be ABLE to.. it keeps the enshitifiers away

@rasterweb @wojtekpow my tech stack is ai-free and I never prompt LLMs, never. Not for anything. I don't use it, at all. all of my coding is completely "ai"-free. this is in alignment with my values. I harshly judge all those who choose to use the fascist tech. and the moment a "developer" uses "ai" "tools", they become an untrustworthy plagiarizer whose slop code I would never trust running on my devices. don't trust anyone or anything trying to _sell_ "AI". It's snake oil and they are relying on sowing illiteracy in order to make the sale.
