Shingles is AWFUL even if you get the most convenient kindAnd it’s brought on by STRESS so you get it at the worst timeAnd you’re pretty contagious again while you have itI strongly recommend the vaccine just for that!Itchy and sticky and scabby. Did not like. @jf_718 @blogdiva
