#WritersCoffeeClub 2.10 — Talk about a work which subverted your expectations, in a good way.This one's giving me a tough time of things. I do one of two things, either go into a book without expectations, or I'm drawn to something that everyone's talking about (and they seem to adore) and I genuinely end up loving it as well. So, that doesn't help. In general, I try not to get my hopes up or to have expectations. #WritingCommunity #WritersOfMastodon
