Pillipiipari – Pied Piper
Vesimyyrä tykkää kaikenlaisesta kasvisruuasta ja nyt erityisesti järvikortteesta, kun tuoreita ei vielä ole kasvanut. Tämä asuu ojanreunassa ja kaivaa maahan pitkiä tunneleita. Vesimyyrä sukeltelee ojassa ja olenpa kerran nähnyt parittelunkin tapahtuvan vedessä. Varmaan pesäkäytävissä yleensä, onhan siinä vaarana jäädä pedon saaliiksi.

The water vole likes all kinds of vegetarian food, and now especially water horsetail, as fresh ones haven't yet grown. This one lives on the edge of a ditch and digs long tunnels in the ground. The water vole dives in the ditch and I have once seen mating in the water. Probably in nest corridors in general, as there is a risk of being caught by the predator.
