CIRCLE WITH A DOT

Today we hopefully tackled the last major issue from Mars Trek. At seemingly random the 100 points relay got stuck, which would then happily burn the 100 points score reel coil. A lot of head scratching later we noticed that it only happens for the 1st player, so it's not the 100 points relay, but the end-of-stroke switch in the 1st player's 100s point reel mechanism that unlatches the relay once the score has been awarded.That out of the way the machine finally got to a stage where we started tearing down the playfield for cleaning, repairs and fresh rubbers.#pinball #repair #retrotech #retro

@Judeau I like WindowsCE as well. I wish it was easier to install software on many of the devices, but that's part of what makes them useful for me. Instant on, get right to Word and start working.My favorite #WindowsCE device is the Vadem Clio. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vadem_Clio). I have two of these. I used to have a very nice third one, but they're very picky about power and I fried it using a voltage adapter.

@tisha And using period-appropriate software, pretty sure it was actually usable to do real work as opposed to just functioning as a thin client!
