@enviromontreal Quite, and I lay much of this blame with CDPQI rather than the media outlets. CDPQI never feel the need to explain themselves or build public understanding. Massive own goal in my opinion, but then they do have a monopoly, so where else are people going to turn?(Oh, they’ll go back to their cars ️)
