OMG. I think that was the best medical appointment I've ever had in my life Saw consultant today since I changed my mind about having a full hysterectomy. I said i'm worried about possible complications after eg prolapse, and would rather just have the 12cm #ovariancyst removed. He actually spoke the words to me that every woman wants to hear at this point...'it's your body, it's your choice' Also we looked over past MRI images from 2.5 years ago when I was trying desperately to find a reason for #chronicbackpain and he agreed the cyst was there, and big, and very visible, and likely the cause of my back issues for last 5 years due to pressure on lower spine.So now just waiting for apt to have cyst and ovaries removed, then will see how things are after that.I'm so relieved.
