@jimlil It’s my only disappointment with GM Stan Bowman so far, that he placated Oilerville and it’s irrational demand to “solve the goalie problem.” As for regretting the trade, I regretted it the moment it was made, Dec 12. How well will it age? That should come clear this spring as both Penguins and Oilers look to be heading for the playoffs, with “new” goalies in net.
