B̶u̶n̶c̶h̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶g̶r̶a̶p̶e̶s̶Ah, another grape chalcedony specimen! I’m celebrating because in half an hour we are setting off on another rockin’ day adventure. To the world’s largest gem and mineral show, Tucson. This is the first convention center showcase I’ve been to in about 6 years. And when I saw “we”, my son John agreed to come which means Drew gets to come too, with his wheelchair. So, a family adventure today, our “day-cation” 118 miles south. To do this, we have to have both I and John push Drew and wangle the 3 of us around thousands of people in the enormous center. We leave very early in hopes we can score accessible parking.
