I've managed to outdo myself. Because, well, AuDHD, I make detailed agendas with talking points ("scripting" at its finest) before I go to any doctor appointment. This also helps because I have memory issues, and will forget much of what to cover without this document prepared beforehand.Tomorrow morning, I have a 30 min appt with my GP/PCP, and I have 4 pages of these!
