As much as I'd love Loops to go viral, I'm really glad it hasn't yet.Last year, Pixelfed went viral, less than a week after shipping our mobile apps.It was a very stressful time that I had to balance moderation, devops/SRE, backend dev and mobile dev, and that was before we had a team, it was just me.So now, I've prepared a game plan to handle this a bit better, across the roles and with a more efficient/scalable backend.Not ready yet, but I will be soon. #Loops #LoopsDev #LoopsBTS
