Per le nuove abitazioni si registra invece un rallentamento, con un -1,2% che segue il +1,3% del terzo trimestre dello scorso anno. Con i prezzi alle stelle a risentirne è tutto il mercato, con la crescita dei volumi delle compravendite che frena al +0,4%.Su base congiunturale, invece, l’aumento dello 0,9% deriva da una crescita sia per le abitazioni nuove (+1,3%) che per quelle già esistenti (+0,8%). Per quanto riguarda la media del 2025, la crescita del 4% è data da un +0,6% per le abitazioni nuove e un +4,7% per le abitazioni già esistenti.Nel quarto trimestre del 2025, la crescita tendenziale è stata registrata in tutte le ripartizioni geografiche, seppur con differenze: nel Nord-Est l’aumento è stato del 4,7% (il valore più alto), mentre nel Sud e nelle Isole del 3% (valore più contenuto). As for the 2025 average, the 4% growth is due to +0.6% for new homes and +4.7% for existing homes.In the fourth quarter of 2025, the trend growth was recorded in all geographical areas, albeit with differences: in the Northeast the increase was 4.7% (the highest value), while in the South and Islands it was 3% (the lowest value).
