In pratica applicare il modello Venezuela dove il petrolio, nell’era del dopo Nicolàs Maduro, è direttamente controllato dagli Stati Uniti.Il secondo motivo è sia quello di evitare attacchi che possano danneggiare la popolazione iraniana e il timore di un incontrollato aumento dei prezzi del petrolio.
