March 2026 marks a historic anomaly in global finance. Gold has fallen to its lowest percentage levels since 1983—a 43-year record—at the very moment the US-Iran war escalated.By every economic textbook, this should not happen. Geopolitical instability, economic uncertainty, and currency concerns should drive investors toward safe-haven assets. Instead, gold collapsed.Analysis reveals four contributing factors:Institutional investors forced to sell gold to cover losses in other segments of their portfoliosPotential coordinated action by large market players to redistribute capitalRotation of capital into alternative assets perceived as more promisingSystemic pressure from central banks prioritizing national currency stabilityThis pattern mirrors what happened in cryptocurrency markets years ago: a dramatic rise driven by speculation, followed by a sharp sell-off that transferred wealth from retail investors to institutional players. What is unfolding is not a loss of gold's fundamental value. It is a structural shift in global finance. Traditional models no longer apply. Markets are being actively managed by those with the power to shape them. The wisest strategy is calm analysis, not emotional reaction. Who is buying gold at these prices? That answer will tell us more about the future than the price chart ever will.https://vir.group/#gold #economy #markets #investing #geopolitics

@mainframed767 People should be MUCH more concerned about the migration of 10yr t-bills from sovereign funds to private equity via London, Luxembourg and Cayman. China. Japan et al having dumped US bonds to the tune of nearly $1tr since last November which is being picked up in the city of London by BARN borrowers of last resort. The US is now inextricably linked to the fate of the UK economy. It's bad for US (but IMF begging bowl worse of UK)

Quantum computing represents the next technological revolution, following artificial intelligence.Unlike classical computers using bits (0 or 1), quantum computers use qubits that leverage superposition and entanglement to process massive datasets in parallel. This enables solutions to problems that would take traditional supercomputers thousands of years.Key applications:— Pharmaceutical research: molecular modeling in days vs years— Cybersecurity: current encryption becomes vulnerable— Logistics: real-time optimization of complex supply chains— Energy: new materials for batteries and hydrogenThe combination with AI could enable true artificial general intelligence (AGI).Major players: Google, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon. National programs in US, China, EU. Startups including IonQ, Rigetti, PsiQuantum. We remain in the NISQ era (noisy intermediate-scale quantum devices). Commercial mass adoption is expected in 5-10 years. For investors: this resembles the internet in the 1990s. High risk, high uncertainty, but transformative potential.#QuantumComputing #Technology #AI #Investing #FutureTrendshttps://vir.group

China's renewable energy expansion has reached staggering scale. In 2023 alone, the country added 216 GW of solar capacity — more than the total ever installed in the United States. Wind added another 100 GW. Total renewable capacity now exceeds 1.5 TW.For comparison, the entire US power grid (all sources) stands at approximately 1.2 TW.This is driven by energy security needs, market dominance (China controls 80% of solar supply chains), and economics. Solar prices have fallen 90% in a decade, making it the cheapest energy source in history. The challenge now is transmission. China is building ultra-high-voltage lines and massive battery storage to move power from western deserts to eastern industrial centers. For investors: grid infrastructure, copper, lithium, and rare earth metals are the strategic assets of the coming decade.#China #Renewables #Solar #EnergyTransition #Investing #Gridhttps://vir.group/

IPO market waking up in 2026—but different. No more hype-driven listings. Investors demand quality, cash flow, real contracts.Hot sectors: Energy infrastructure (Middle East/Asia), defense (European contractors with years of orders), profitable fintech.Political instability creates fear. Fundamentals create opportunity.2026 is about entering strategic companies at the start—not gambling on stories.https://vir.group/blog/uk/ipo-2026-roku-iaki-kompanii-mozhut-zminyty-pravyla-hry-rynok#Investing #Markets #Economy
