Thought I had a mint escapee -- big, healthy, dark-green cluster of leaves right by the peppermint's double pot.*Leaned over and sampled one to check, and to my very pleasant surprise, it's oregano! I thought I'd transplanted it too late and it had died, but it pulled through. I airgap my peppermint. Works great. I still lift the inner pot and check every so often, because nothing is as persistent as a mint-family plant.#highDesertGardening
