@Tattooed_Mummy I can appreciate that.I think in this case, it was a long while ago, and the man was asking about how to 'actually do' laundry.Which would have been fine if he just said he'd never done it before. But that is simple ignorance that anyone would have for their first time.My boss didn't suffer fools. That she liked me, and we got on really well, was very reassuring.
