@ChrisMayLA6 I think the main output of this project is the lithium that's dissolved in the water and that they will be selling to the battery industry. The power/heat is a bonus

"The geothermal well on TU Delft Campus has officially been put into operation. The well supplies sustainable heat to the majority of university buildings as well as several DUWO student housing complexes. As a result, CO₂ emissions from building heating will decrease significantly, with reductions expected to reach approximately 80% by 2027.
