Good Evening.I didn't get much work done, but I did talk with my mentor who was encouraging and lovely, but then the appointment ends and I still just have to get on with whatever I need to do. I did have a chat to one of the volunteers on the Cruse bereavement helpline for a while, which was helpful.I am going to contact the local Cruse office tomorrow and ask about going on the waiting list for counselling again I think. Other than that, I have lay down in various places in my house today. Most weirdly on the floor because I had crouched down to plug something in, and my body decided getting back up was a bad idea.#GoodEvening #Grief #Exhaustion
